As EGESAN BASIM AMBALAJ VE SÜREKLİ FORMLARI SAN. TİC. LD. ŞTİ.. (“EGESAN BASIM”, ‘’ŞİRKET’’), we process the personal data of our website visitors, customers and members in accordance with article no.20 of the constitution, the law of the protection of personal data no.6698 and other legal regulations and the decisions of personal data protection autority. We would like to inform you about the way how your personal data is collected , the purpose of processing , legal reasons and your rights.

1. What is Personal? Who processes it?

In accordance with article no.3 , the law of the protection of personal data no.6698’s, personal data refers to any information related with an identified or identifiable natural person. Egesan Basim Ambalaj, as a “Data Controller” , will record , store , update , process , disclose and transfer your personal data to third parties compatible with the law. .

2. Which method and based on which legal reason do we collect your personal data ?

Your personel data EGESAN BASIM that you shared through communication , membership and online forms on Egesan’s website , ( in addition to the information required for such forms, as well as your feedback and similar content that you have added your own will ), interviews, appointments with our employees by automatic or manuel methods, verbally, in writing or electronically, by a natural person or legal person by, EGESAN BASIM by means of e-mail , telephone , website could be collected under the conditions of the law , article no.5 and no.6.

3. For what purposes could your personal data is processed?

Your personal data may be processed by, EGESAN BASIM for following purposes in the frame of PPD law, article no.5 and no.6.;

4. To whom and what purpose could your personal data be transferred ?

Your collected personal data compatible with the terms of the transfer of personal data specified in articles no.8 and no.9 with the purposes;

5. Legal Reasons and will in Processing of Personel Data,

If there is no previously obtained permission , in case where we will request your allowance due to legal regulations by marking and approving the permission boxes on the website or on the membership page , in other procedures you contact with, EGESAN BASIM if applicable, in written form with the signed permission , you will be able to give approval in the digital platform with the same legal quality and value. Within this scope , your personal data that you share with, EGESAN BASIM by expressing your will to benefit from various advantages in special advertising , sales , marketing and you will be be aware of above mentioned purposes. For the purpose of all kinds of physical and electronical communication , your will is also requested for collection, storage , processing , usage and transfer of the data.

6. YOUR RIGHTS AS A PERSONAL DATA OWNER AND USAGE OF THIS RIGHTS IN THE FRAME OF THE LAW, PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA , ARTICLE NO.6698.

This notification aims to inform the personal data owner about his/her rights in accordance with article no.10 of Protection of personal data law.

EGESAN BASIM, carries out administrative and technical regulations in accordance with article no.13 of PPD law in order to evaluate the rights of personal data owners and to provide necessary information to them.

A. AS A PERSONAL DATA OWNER YOU HAVE THE BELOW RIGHTS:

a. Learning whether your personal data is processed or not,

b. To request information if your personal data has been processed,

c. To learn whether your personal data is used in accordance with its purpose,

d. Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred at home or abroad,

e. Requesting correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect process and asking for notification of the transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data hass been transferred,

f. Requesting delete or perish of personal data in the event that there is no longer any reason to process it, even if it has been carried out compatible with the law and other relevant laws and demanding the notification of transaction made within this scope to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,

g. Objection to the result in case the outcome against a person arises by analyzing processed data only through automated systems,

h. To request compensation in case of loss due to illegal processing of personal data.

B. CONDITIONS IN WHICH YOU CANNOT ASSERT YOUR RIGHTS AS DATA OWNER AS BELOW;

Personal data owners cannot claim above mentioned rights in these matters since the following cases are excluded from the scope of personal data process law, article no.28.:

a. Processing personal data for purposes such as research , planning and statistics by anonymizing with official statistic,

b. Processing personal data by not violating national defense , national security , public order , economic security , privacy of private life or constituting a crime or it could be made for art , history , literature or scientific purposes,

c. Processing personal data within the scope of preventive , protective and intelligence activities carried out by public institutions and organizations autorised by law to ensure national defense ,national security , public safety , public order or economic safety,

d. Processing of personal data by judicial autorities or execution autorities in relation to investigation , prosecution , trial or execution proceedings.

According to the article no.28/2 of personal data law , in the cases listed below , personal data owners cannot claim their other rights listed above , except for the right to demand the compensation:

a. Personal data processing is essential for preventing the crime or in the criminal investigation,

b. Processing of personal data made public by the owner of the data himself,

c. It is essential for the execution of supervisory or regulation duties and for investigation or prosecution by autorised public institutions , organizations , based on the autority given by the law,

d. It is necessary for protection of economic and financial interest of the country with regard to budgetary , tax and financial matters.

C. USING YOUR RIGHTS WRITTEN ABOVE AS DATA OWNER (HOW YOU COULD APPLY TO DATA OWNER ?)

You may utilise all your rights stipulated by personal data law ad personal data protection board especially ones written above.

b. www.egesanbasim.com.tr Filling in the form on Egesan Basim Ambalaj’s website with electronical signature in the frame of the law no.5070, sending the form to egesan@hs01.kep.tr via e-mail or by an autorised person registered to Egesan’s system or by applying to egesan@hs01.kep.tr via a software or application for the purpose of application. In order for above-mentioned application to be accepted as valid , in the application pursuant to applicaiton procedures to data controller , the concerning person should inform;egesan@hs01.kep.tr EGESAN BASIM egesan@hs01.kep.tr

a. Name , surname and signature ( if application is in written form ),

b. For Turkish Republic citizens, identity number , for foreigners , nationality , passport or id number if any,

c. Home or work address based on notification,

d. E-mail address , telephone and fax number if available,

e. The topic of the demand,

Otherwise, the application will be invalid. Applications without the form will be considered as valid only if all the required materials listed above are submitted to Egesan Basim Ambalaj. EGESAN BASIM

In order for third parties to make an application on behalf of data owner, the application should be submitted by the person who has a letter of attorney issued by notary in the name of applicant on behalf of the data owner. Egesan will finalize the requests duly forwarded within 30 days at the latest free of charge. In case the reply is more than ten pages , 1 turkish lira per page may be charged. If the response is given as a recording like CD , flash memory, the cost of the data may be requested seperately. Egesan may request additional information if they deem it necessary to determine whether the applicant is the owner of personal data or not. They may also ask questions to the data owner in order to clarify the issues specified in the application.
